I'm trying to decide how to make this quarter note into a necklace that isn't tacky....Here's some of my first ideas.....I think I'm going to try to make it asymmetrical. I have a hard time putting jewelry ideas together. Between teaching and making porcelain beads, blogging, etc., my brain has a hard time adding any more to it.

I love the idea in the picture on the right... my brain functions better and like symmetry. Great ideas on both of them. What did you decide on? Hope your New Year is full of blessings!

I actually ended up deciding not to do anything. I felt like the music note was too large. Also, I have a much more difficult time coming up with jewelry ideas these days since my main focus is bead making. I really admire artists that can do both. Mary Ann
